Ingredients
  1. 500 g of dry branded macaroni (elbow)
  2. Four tablespoons of unsalted butter
  3. ¼ cup all-purpose sifted flour
  4. 2 ½ cups whole milk
  5. One teaspoon dry mustard
  6. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  7. ½ teaspoon onion salt
  8. 500 g sharp cheddar, shredded and divided at home
  9. salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes keeping a close watch until it bubbles up at the middle
  • Remove from the oven and let the dish cool and then serve to the table
